The online IVF e-course

It's estimated that 1 in 8 heterosexual couples are affected by infertility. Every year, more than 50,000 cycles of IVF are performed in the UK. IVF may not be the first choice in how to create your family, but it can help. It can seem overwhelming but with this course I'm trying to fill in the gaps and be your support system.

What's included?

This affordable course has everything you need to feel confident and prepared going into your treatment. There are 10 main modules and 8 bonus videos, along with 15 PDF resources and a guided meditation to help you on your journey. After a one time purchase, you have lifetime access to the content.

Course details

Here are some stills from the course videos to get a better idea of what's included.

You'll learn about various types of hormone stimulation protocols and what to expect from the medication you'll be taking.

We'll cover any potential side effects and risks involved, and I provide tips on how to manage your injections.

You'll also get an in depth description of the egg collection procedure and find out how to best prepare for the retrieval and the days following.

There are various outcomes that can happen on this day - and your clinic may not prepare you for all of them.

You'll learn a lot about the various fertilisation methods and what happens in the laboratory where your embryos are being cultured. There are lots of pictures in this module to help you!

You'll find out what may happen on the day of your embryo transfer and get prepared for discussions that may take place between you and the doctor and embryologist.

You'll also learn what embryos are deemed suitable for freezing and how they are frozen and stored for future use.

Quality criteria and freeze day can vary between clinics - do you know what guidelines your clinic follows?

One of the biggest bonus modules in this course is titled "what can go wrong". I know a negative treatment outcome is the main concern, but here we go through various occurrences that may mean you might not have a fresh transfer or what can cause a cycle to get cancelled.

This course has been created to help you on your journey. Help you make informed decisions and help you manage expectations. If you want to get educated and prepared before your upcoming IVF - this course is perfect for you.
